10	Select the Ruler tool and click a starting point on the map. This marks the

13	first point of measurement. As you move the mouse, a line is drawn from the

16	previous point to the mouse location and the Ruler Result is updated with the

19	cumulative distance measured. Multiple points can be selected by clicking the

22	mouse. Selecting multiple points fixes the line segment between the previous

25	point and the current point, and starts a new segment. To end measurement of

28	distance, hit the Esc key or double-click the mouse button.</p>
