9 FEM_DATA_STRUCT - FEM data description structure
10  FEM_DATA_STRUCT is a structure containing the
11  components that make up a finite element data file.
12  This data structure is returned/accepted by all
13  OPNML/MATLAB I/O routines that the standard
14  filetypes (.src, .s2r, ...).
