One of the navigational beacons was full of water. Freddy removed from buoy. Water inside. We have to replace this before deployment.
Use same flash pattern listed on Nav Chart for LSRB. Private Aid flash pattern of "Fl Y 4s" (Short flash every 4 seconds)
