Decisions:

 * Flexibility in using ZPT for dynamic table generation from pyDAP

 * Keep stacked plots for now, but use in <img> tag instead of <iframe>

 * Use KSS for <div> substitution between tabs

 * Use "in-page" tabs for mockup

 * Keep summary data on every tabbed page

 * Ask Rob L for NCCOOS logo

Plan:

 * Create new Plone instance for development before Wednesday

 * Strip top matter out of new instance (no banner, portal tabs, site actions, personal bar, bread crumbs, etc.)

 * Sprint at 1pm on Wednesday September 10: make mock page for evaluation
