Geoff Morrison with Sea Keepers activated 3 Sat-C transcievers (INMARSAT-C) through Vizada
Case #00264366 : request for SatC activation
Data will be coded per Sea Keepers protocol to hexadecimal message on each buoy, the data will be transmitted to private mailbox via satellite comms, then sea keepers server pulls and decodes message for posting onto Sea Keepers website and posting to FTP site for NDBC and GTS to grab.
