 OPNMLINIT a setup file for OPNML matlab directories and datafiles.

           OPNMLINIT is a script that adds paths and variables to
           the local workspace so that matlab functions written for
           finite element work can be accessed.
 
           At the matlab command line prompt, type 'opnmlinit'.
