OPNMLDOC Display OPNML/MATLAB5 HTML documentation in Web browser.

   OPNMLDOC, by itself, launches the Help Desk.

   OPNMLDOC FUNCTION displays the HTML documentation for the MATLAB
   function FUNCTION. If FUNCTION is overloaded, doc 
   lists the overloaded functions in the MATLAB command
   window.
